This seminar is offered in conjunction with our partner, All Printing Resources, Inc., at their Training Center in Glendale Heights, IL
Two-day session, 8am to 4:30pm
Designed for the person who is considered the "go-to person", the "Flexo-Guru", or the "TOP GUN" of Flexo. The National Skill Standard Board was established after The U.S. Departments of Education and Labor joined together to develop voluntary skill standards, benchmarked to the highest standards of America's International Competitors.
Our Purpose is to recognize, review and test, and certify "Expert Level" Press Operators in the Flexographic Industry. As Flexo Printers, we must work together to continue to grow and be competitive as digital technologies impact all aspects of our industry. We must be proactive to insure bright, young people are attracted to our industry as their career of choice. The examination assesses knowledge at an expert level of performance.
Both Proctor and Trainer, at the APR Training Center, have been Classified and Certified as "Expert Level Press Operators" by the NCSS.

DAY 2
- Press Components and Settings
- Substrate Properties
- Die Cutting
- Preventative Maintenance
- Housekeeping
- Safety
- Examination
The exam will be given at the conclusion of the second day and should be completed by 5pm.
